Battlemouth

Ashley Wood is an Australian Artist and a personal favorite of mine. A lot of you may have seen some of his art and never realized it (Halo 3 Instruction Booklet). His mixed media oil paintings with digital art in them have a real rough feel to them that is his alone. His list of comics he has worked on is an impressive one including the Metal Gear Solid Comics, 30 Days of Night, and Silent Hill. Besides high profile projects he also has some more indie gems such as Zombies v. Robots, and the D’airain Adventures collection.
On top of all of this he is also releasing action figures of some of his more famous robots with IDW Publishing. I was lucky enough to check one of these guys out at NYCC and they are the most detailed and intricate figures I have ever seen, to own one would be pure bliss.
