Battlemouth

Well “Bakuman” chapter 1 is out.

To me, it doesn’t seem like it will amount to anything special. I am interested though because it is a different idea. I haven’t read a manga before on someone becoming a mangaka. I hope it lasts because I am for original ideas. It also looks like they plan to give a good look into what it is like to be a manga artist and writer. Other than that, the last few pages just had me saying, “Yea… give me a break.” I hope the series focuses more on the process. It is a fun read. I can’t wait to see where it goes. If you are interested at all in the process of a mangaka getting their start, this may be up your alley. So check it out.
